• It’s a place where connections are made & collaborations are born; amplified through tenant produced art and music events in the gallery.

Provide economic opportunities for tenants, resident artists, at Workshop 4200. Events are a big part of our mission towards forging collaborative communities. Building-wide events range from after-work cocktails, to open studio nights, community member art shows, charity fundraisers, live music events, food festivals, and more! The former factory building is home to an array of studios, workshops, and production spaces with shared common areas that were designed to provide an inspiring, relaxing, and collaborative environment. “Go-getters not afraid to fail, entrepreneurs willing to take risks to follow their dreams, creatives who march to the beat of their own drum - these are the people of Workshop 4200.
