A core function of the event space was to accommodate both public and private events. In order to accomplish this, the space is divisible into three compartments:
• A two-sided bar bifurcates the public and private portions of the atrium allowing for flexibility.
• By the draw of a curtain, the event space can grow or shrink to accommodate different events.
• The public lounge, flooded with natural light and plants provides a vibrant space for locals.
• A pizza restaurant anchors the balance of the event space providing a lively atmosphere.
